Privacy policy

2. What data we process

Use of the website

  • Technical server log data: IP address, timestamp, requested page, browser type and response code.

Enquiries

  • When you email us, we process your email address, your name (if you provide it) and the content of your message.

The website has no forms, user accounts, cookies, ads, or analytics and tracking tools. Fonts are served from our own server, and the site does not load content from third parties.

3. Purpose and legal basis

  • Technical operation and security of the website: legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
  • Replying to enquiries and preparing a possible customer relationship: legitimate interest or steps prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).

4. Retention

  • Technical log data: at most 30 days.
  • Emails: for as long as handling the matter requires. After that they are deleted unless the law (e.g. the Accounting Act) requires longer retention.

5. Recipients and transfers

The website is delivered through Cloudflare's network, which acts as a data processor and processes traffic data (including IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare may process data outside the EU, in which case transfers rely on GDPR safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Email traffic is handled by our email service provider. We do not sell data or disclose it for marketing purposes.

6. Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to access your data, request its rectification or erasure, object to or restrict processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
